The Investment Counsel Company is pleased to announce that Randy Garcia, Founder and CEO, has been ranked by Dow Jones publication, Barron’s, as the #1 Financial Advisor in Nevada in its State-by-State rankings on its annual list of “Top 1200 Financial Advisors.” This marks the eighth consecutive year that Garcia has ranked as the #1 financial advisor in Nevada. This distinction has only been achieved by thirteen other financial advisors in the nation.
